These programs are legally sponsored by US government and allow the America Employers to employ guest workers in the US. Foreign workers enter into contracts with employers and then come to work in the US. Workers go back to their home country when the contract is over. For detail please visit US DOL .

2.What're the advantages of using these legal guest workers?

3.How Can I get these guest workers?

The US Department of Labor is responsible for administering these programs. You may file your LC application via the methods below:

	You may apply by yourself with US Department of Labor (DOL). Please visit http://www.h2a.doleta.gov and http://www.lca.doleta.gov/ for details.

Upon approval of the LC, a petition is then submitted to US CIS. Multiple beneficiaries can be included on the same petition as long as they are performing the same services, for the same time period and in the same location. The workers may be unnamed on the application. The employer must provide the INS with their names as they become available. If the INS approved the petition, notification is forwarded to the appropriate consulate where the workers apply for visas.

To be specific, the application process can be divided into two phases:

Phase 1,in the Employer's country, to apply Foreign Labor Certification with ETA, US DOL, the following documents are needed:

a.Your company profile
b.Your working condition statement (for Labor Condition Application)
c.Documentation for wage determination
d.Power of Attorney (if you authorize us to apply on behalf of you)

Phase 2, in the labor's origin country, to get the recruiting approval from the government, the following documents are needed:

a.Power of Attorney (Certified by Local Notary Public)
b.Demand Letter (Certified by Local Notary Public)
c.Employment Agreement (with the employer's signature on every page)
d.A copy of Commercial Registration (Certified by Local Notary Public)
e.A copy of Signature Authentication (Certified by Local Notary Public)
f.A copy of ID card of authorized person (Certified by Local Notary Public)
